Hensu operates a portfolio of products:

• fintwit.ai — AI-powered financial market insights and social intelligence tools.
• testui.com — Automated UI testing and visual regression testing for web applications.
• interviewed.ai — AI-assisted interview preparation, mock interviews, and career tools.

Each product may have additional terms specific to its features and functionality. In the event of a conflict, product-specific terms take precedence over these general Terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Services without our written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Use the Services to transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content

By submitting content, you grant Hensu a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

Certain features of our Services may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with the refund policy of the specific product. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

8. AI-Generated Content

Some of our Services use artificial intelligence to generate content, insights, or recommendations. AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" and should not be considered professional advice. Specifically:

• fintwit.ai: AI-generated financial insights are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.
• interviewed.ai: AI-generated interview feedback and coaching are for preparation purposes only and do not guarantee employment outcomes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HENSU LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hensu LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
